The Applications Analyst reports to the Applications Manager. She/he will develop, administrate, and provide support for custom and off-the-shelf IT application solutions with an emphasis on collaboration systems, digital donor experience, electronic signature services, financial systems, workflow automation, document imaging,
and CRM. The Applications Analyst will manage small to medium-sized IT development projects working with end users to create scalable and structured programs that help the organization increase efficiency and reduce costs. The Applications Analyst will partner with business partners and end users to implement workflows, identify opportunities for process improvements in business operations, and use technology to improve efficiency and quality across the organization. This position is highly collaborative with other Foundation colleagues, and works closely with staff across the organization.
